Did you know?? Did you know that carpenter ants don't actually eat wood like most think? These nuisance/damaging ants will enter structures in search of nesting sites. They chew on dead, typically damp wood and excavate tunnels through the wood to make their homes. They will often enter termite-infested wood, eat the termites and take over their nesting site. Having preventative treatments will keep these invaders at bay.
